Dubai's annual target by 2031 is to eventually receive 40 million hotel guests which is part of a national tourism strategy for which Dubai will welcome over 11,300 new hotel rooms by the end of 2027, adding to the city's existing inventory and reinforcing its position as a global tourism leader.
